FRP Grating Manufacturing Process:
Satyam Composites Manufacturer FRP Molded fiberglass grating by interweaving continuous, thoroughly wetted, fiberglass strand with a thermosetting resin system.
FRP Molding is the process of manufacturing by shaping liquid and pliable raw material using a rigid frame called a mold or matrix. Panels are manufactured in an open, heated mould, by interweaving continuous, thoroughly wetted, fibreglass roving’s with liquid resins.

Accessories of FRP Grating:
Satyam Composites offer a variety of installations accessories like M-Clamp, U clamp, FRP hold-down clip to help secure our grating to structural supports. Grating is lightweight and easy to clamp and Install at any height.
Installation of FRP Grating:
For installation of FRP Grating, Grating shall be securely in place with hold-down fasteners as specified below. Field cut and drill fiberglass reinforced plastic products with carbide or diamond-tipped bits and blades. Follow manufacturer instruction.
