Pressure Class: Satyam Composites manufacturing GRP Pipes pressure rating are categorized according to the Nominal pressure, Standard pressure classes from 4, 6, 10, 16, 20, and 25 bar. Intermediate and higher-pressure classes are considered on request or depending on the design conditions.
Pipe Stiffness: Our GRP Pipes are also distinguished according to specific pipe stiffness. Standard stiffness classes are 1250, 2500, 5000, and 10000 N/m2. Intermediate higher stiffness classes are available on request or depending on the design condition.
Resin: Satyam GRP Pipes and fittings are classified as GRP, GRV, and GRE where the type of resin used for manufacturing is Isophthalic Resin, Vinlyester Resin, and Epoxy Resin respectively.
Benefits And Advantages of FRP/GRP Pipes & Fittings:
FRP/GRP Pipe is a corrosion-free material. Hence External Coatings, chemical inhibitors, cathodic protection, and corrosion allowances are not required. The low thermal conductivity of GRP ensures low energy losses from the pipe system. Satyam composites FRP/GRP pipes have an extremely smooth inside and outside surface. Our GRP pipes can be used for above and underground applications. The life cycle of GRP exceeds stainless steel.
- GRP Pipe’s major advantage is Low Pipe Weight & It is 20% less weight compared to steel and Cement Pipes.
- Easy to Handle
- Less Installation Cost
- Maintenance Free
- Very low pigging and line cleaning costs
- Lower pumping cos Long service life
GRP Pipes Uses:
• Chemical processing
• Fertilizer plants
• Food processing
• Geothermal systems
• Paper and textile manufacture
• Petrochemical processing
• Mining
• Exhaust piping lines
